Wainscott Auctions is excited to present an exceptional liquidation auction featuring over 475 lots from a long-standing working sawmill and farm, offering an impressive selection of heavy-duty equipment, machinery, and tools. Buyers will find everything needed for lumber production, including a portable band sawmill, band blades, chainsaws, log splitters, planers, jointers, air compressors, industrial-grade power tools, dust collectors, lumber, and material-handling equipment. The auction includes two semi-truck trailers, several Oliver tractors and one Ford tractor, wood chippers, and other trailers. Cherry, Oak, Walnut and other types of wood are among the wood being offered. In addition to the core machinery, the auction includes a wide array of shop tools, hand tools, and mechanical equipment suited for professional tradesmen and hobbyists alike. Expect welders, drill presses, grinders, workbenches, hardware assortments, fasteners, jacks, clamps, and specialty woodworking tools. You will also find table and other saws, ladders, storage cabinets, bench tools, toolboxes, and everything needed to equip a fully functioning workshop or repair center. This auction begins to close on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 7:00 PM EST. Pick up is Sunday, November 23rd from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM EST and Monday November 24th from 11am to 3pm at the property on Quince Road in South Bend, IN. Winning bidders of the larger items- tractors, semi-trailers, logsplitter, and lumber may make arrangements with the auctioneer for a scheduled pickup time on the 25th or 26th. Winning bidders will receive the exact property address on the emailed receipt, which you will receive after the auction closes on November 22nd.
