This auction begins to close on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 7:00 PM EST. Pick up is Sunday, November 23rd from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM EST and Monday November 24th from 11am to 3pm at the property on Quince Road in South Bend, IN. Winning bidders of the larger items- tractors, semi-trailers, logsplitter, and lumber may make arrangements with the auctioneer for a scheduled pickup time on the 25th or 26th. Winning bidders will receive the exact property address on the emailed receipt, which you will receive after the auction closes on November 22nd.
