Loran's auction addiction started at age 8 or 9 years old when he attended the Livingston Auction Sale Barn on Friday evenings with his dad. As Edward Ahrens sold chickens held up in the air, Loran bent down to see the baby chicks on the floor... as one dirtied Loran's head! LOL LOL His bidding has not stopped for 70 plus years.....this is the first of his collection with two more online auctions hosted by Ahrens Auctions LLC to follow.
