Williford Estate Auction

This is an online auction for a family that has lost a loved one in Georgetown, TX. They have commissioned HammerDown Auctions and Estate Sales to sell the entire contents of the home through the timed online auction method. The house has some nice furniture, interesting collectibles, lots of kitchen items, tools, clothing and shoes, office suppliesand some wonderful home decor. It is a smoke-free and clean home.The auction opens for bidding on May 18th and will close on Thursday, May 25th at 7pm. It's a "soft-close" auction meaning that there'sa clock that ticks down until the very last second. It's just like bidding on eBay except there's a lot closing every 30 seconds until we reach the end of the catalog. If someone tries to bid at the last second to "snipe" your item, don't worry! The clock will start over by 1 minute everytime that happens so that everyone has an equal chance to place another higher bid.Won items will need to be picked up on Saturday, May 27th in Georgetown between the hours of 10am and 2pm.Please call, text or email if you have any questions or concerns about how the auction works or the items or anything at all.
