Many if not most of the items in tehis auction are New, in Like New Condition, or have been very well taken care of.Public Open House for this Auction will be Tuesday Oct 10th from 4pm until 7pm. All other times are by appointment only. Open House location is Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Memphis, MI 48041.Pick up and payment dates and times are Thursday Oct 12th from 12:00pm until 7:00pm and Friday Oct 13th from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Please call before 4:00 pm Friday Oct 13th if you cannot make it during this time to make other arrangements if possible. All invoices must be paid during this time without exception. NOTE - There will be NO Saturday or Sunday pickup times available for this auction and everything must be picked up by Friday as our business will be closed over the weekend.Many items in this auction can be shipped (as noted on each lot) but we encourage you to call first before you bid to be sure the items you are interested in can in fact be shipped. For local pick up everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception by Friday Oct 13th at 4:00pm.
