For personal reasons the family of this estate has decided to liquidate the assets of the estate by public online auction and Ridge Crest liquidators & Auctioneers is honored to be chosen to conduct the auction for them. A unique aspect of this auction will take place during the Open House and on pick up days. There are hundreds of books, some over 100 years old, that will be offered for direct sale during these times. These books will be offered at $1.00 each during the Open House and 2 for $1.00 during pick up days. You do not need to be a bidder to purchase books. Please see photos shown in auction description lot #9. Public Open House for this Auction will be Tuesday Nov 11th from 2pm until 76pm. All other times are by appointment only. Open House location is 7669 Rynn Rd., Kenockee Twp., MI 48006. Pick up and Payment days for this auction are Thursday Nov 13th from 10:00am until 7:00pm and Friday Nov 14th from 10:00am to 4:00pm. All items must be paid for and picked up during these posted times without exception. If you or your agent cannot pick up during scheduled times please do no bid on this auction. We cannot hold items for pick up after scheduled times and we will not be bringing unsecured items back to our building. Any items not paid for and picked up during this time will be automatically charged to the buyer's card on file and items will be considered abandoned. Pick up location is 7669 Rynn Rd., Kenockee Twp., MI 48006. Please bring packing materials and boxes if you think you might need them. There is no guarantee we will have anything available. Also be prepared to load and pack your own items and bring help if needed. We will offer help as much as we can but sometimes we get so busy we are unable to. Also there will be no equipment on site to load large or heavy items so bring friends or your own equipment to load those items. Due to the type of auction this is and the location there are No Shipping options provided by our company for this auction. If you need your items shipped it is the buyer's responsibility to make full auction payment and make arrangements for an agent or shipping company to pick up and ship your items for you.
