This auction out in a country setting in Kingston, TN has some great items from a family who has decided to downsize. We have some really nice furniture pieces as well as some smalls that could be useful in your home.PLEASE READ: Due to the size of this auction, this will be a one day ONLY pickup. Please plan before bidding. A lot of these items are big and you will need help to move them. Thank you.URGENT NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person's gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. NOTICE: We are no longer taking items back to our office for pickup. All items not picked up or designated as shipping and not picked up during our designated pickup times will be forfeited. Those who require shipping, your items will be dropped at our third-party shipper after pickup. All questions concerning shipping or our new policies should be directed to our office or the shipping company.Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up.
