Welcome to UsedTwo Auctions. Preview images of catalog items will become available as upcoming auctions are processed. The complete Auction Catalog, including all preview images, will be available by Monday evening prior to the commencement of the auction. In-person preview appointments are available Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. during the active auction period. Previews will be conducted at our Frederick warehouse, situated at 7313 Grove Road, Warehouse Unit G, Frederick, MD 21704. Please contact 301-685-5677 to confirm appointment availability. Auctions operate from Tuesday to Tuesday. Item collection is scheduled for the Thursday following auction closure, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In the event that Thursday pickup is not feasible, please contact us via email at team@usedtwo.com prior to auction close to arrange an alternative pickup time. Items remaining uncollected by the close of business on the following Thursday, for which no rescheduling arrangement has been communicated, may be forfeited. UsedTwo disclaims liability for any items not retrieved within the designated pickup timeframe. Shipping/Pickup Information We do not provide shipping services. However, clients may utilize our local UPS shipping service for item pickup, packing, and shipping. Important Notice: Items must be scheduled for pickup no later than 9 AM on the Friday following the auction's conclusion. UPS will collect items on the Friday following the auction's close, provided all required documentation has been submitted. Documentation Requirements: A photograph of the signed invoice. A photograph of the driver's license with matching address. Both documents must be emailed prior to the release of items for shipping to team@usedtwo.com and The UPS Store at store5681@theupsstore.com. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in the items not being released, invoices not being refunded, and forfeiture of the items. Packing services are provided exclusively by UPS. Clients are required to utilize our designated local UPS Store for pickup, packing, and shipping services. Prepaid shipping labels are not accepted. A copy of the invoice and a shipping address matching the address on file with Hibid must be submitted to The UPS Store before items can be released for shipping and packing. For out-of-state clients and those purchasing jewelry, gold, silver, or other items at our discretion, additional requirements apply: 1. A copy of the invoice and a shipping address matching the Hibid address must be submitted to The UPS Store. 2. A valid driver's license (photo or scan) with an address matching the Hibid address must be provided. 3. The paid invoice (attached to the winning bidder email) must be signed, photographed/scanned, and emailed back to us. Release of items to UPS pickup is contingent upon receipt of all required documents.
