Here is another great auction being brought to you by Charles and Jon for JD's Realty and Auction in beautiful Sevierville TN. This auction is a combination of great antiques, tools, license plates, Uranium glass, and big lots of household and garage items. In the house there are some nice furniture pieces, several pieces of Uranium glass, antique and vintage clocks, knives, and Robert Tino prints. Outside in the garage is a large collection of license plates, large tools, safes, cast iron, and more. Both inside and out, we have large lots of miscellaneous items. Anyone who wins these lots, needs to load quickly due to our limited parking situation. Any sorting will need to be done off site. There is no on-street parking. Also, driveway is narrow, so trailers are not recommended. If you are curious of parking situation, you can find this house on google maps and street view.URGENT NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper in Maryville, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person's gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. NOTICE: We are no longer taking items back to our office for pickup. All items not picked up or designated as shipping and not picked up during our designated pickup times will be forfeited. Those who require shipping, your items will be dropped at our third-party shipper on Friday morning. The only exception to this will be items such as jewelry or coins, which will be shipped from our office. All questions concerning shipping or our new policies should be directed to our office or the shipping company.Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up.
