This is a SHORT NOTICE PRIVATE SELLER ONLINE ONLY Storage Unit Auction in Forney. Lone Wolf Auctions has been commissioned to conduct this private sell by the owner of this estate. This is a short notice auction as they must be out of their unit by Friday, June 16, 2023. You will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding. Winning bidder will receive information regarding pickup arrangements at time of paid invoice. Credit Card on file will be charged IMMEDIATELY at the close of auction. No cash payment unless arranged with Lone Wolf Auctions. This is a PRIVATE SELLER. All communication will be conducted between winning bidder and Lone Wolf Auctions. Winning bidder will be contacted by Lone Wolf Auctions Immediately at the close of auction to schedule clean out time on Friday, June 16, 2023. Winning bidder will ONLY HAVE 24 hours after the close of the auction to pickup of the items from storage facility. If you CANNOT pickup items on Friday, June 16, 2023 then DO NOT BID! You must remove all contents and broom sweep by 5pm Friday, June 16, 2023. If items are not removed by this time, all monies collected will be forfeited and are not refundable. Any items of personal nature, found during removal, should be left with Lone Wolf Auctions. A refundable $100 cleaning deposit is required for each unit purchased, cash only and will be collected prior to gaining access to unit. Cleaning deposit will be returned once until is cleared of all items and cleaned. Payment will be collected at the close of the auction with credit card on file. NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE!
