Winning bidder of firearm must complete NICS 4473 Background check to take possession of firearm and a Transfer fee will apply to your purchase. If you have a FELONY on your record, DO NOT BID ON ANY FIREARMS. If you do purchase a firearm and do not pass the background check, the firearm will not be given to you and your money will NOT be refunded. No firearm sales To New York or California.
