Sunday - November 30th @ 3 PM THIS IS THE WAY WE DO THINGS: Any bidder that is new to our auctions... if you win bids on gold - silver or precious metals (and not planning on picking up and paying with cash) you will need to immediately upon receipt of your invoice send a photo of your driver's license (address and name must match the sign up information) and a copy of the credit card (front and back) used to sign up (name must match the sign up name on credit card). We will wait for 30 minutes after the invoices have been sent out for you to send this information via text to 402-469-3834 OR email to jsiauctions@yahoo.com. If this information is not received in this time frame, these lots will be sold to the next highest bidder. If you plan on picking up and paying cash, we will not require this information. We hate to have to do this but we must do this due to fradulent scammers. WE WILL NOT RISK SHIPPING ITEMS WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING. ALL INVOICES HAVE A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM. You will receive your UNPAID invoice within 2 hours of the close of the auction (so you know which items you have won). If you choose to pickup, you can pay with CASH - (NO CHECKS) OR you can use your card in person with an added 3.5% card fee. Gold - silver and precious metals = cash only!!! Pick up will be Wednesday - 11/05/2025 4 PM - 6 PM DO NOT BID if you cannot make the pickup date and time. PLEASE BE a responsible bidder and follow the directions herein. Need Shipping? Read below carefully-- OUT OF STATE invoices - We will run your card on file within 5 days of the auction end (Friday - November 7th @ 5:30pm) for the invoice total only!! PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CARD FOR THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES. We assume all out of state winners will need shipping UNLESS you reply PICKUP to your invoice by 10 am the morning after the auction. In state bidders needing shipping - if you do not pickup during the pickup time, we will charge your card on file and send a Square Request for the shipping and handling as stated for Out of State Shipping. ANYONE needing shipping: We will send a Square Request via text or email by Monday -11/10 @ 5:30pm. Please be patient. We sometimes have over 250 invoices needing shipping. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBLILITY TO CHECK YOUR text messages or EMAIL FOR THE SQUARE REQUEST. There is NO NEED TO CALL (unless you have waited until 5:30 PM - Monday - November 10th and did not receive a Square Request or a message with reason of delay). You have 2 Days from receipt of the Square Request to pay this invoice. WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO CONTACT EACH PERSON, BE RESPONSIBLE AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS HEREIN. Items will ship out in order of payment received on the Square Request.
