Zelle is accepted also. Pck-up address is 1309 N. Stemmons Street Sanger , Texas 76266 Pick-up is as soon as paid invoice is recieved Pick-up is only during office hours and have 48 hours to remove. No use of the dumpster Tenant has the right to pay unit up before end of auction and will be removed if that does happen All contents must be removed $100 cleaning deposit required 13% Buyers premium 48 hour cleanout time, Extra time could be allowed for the larger units, talk to the manager when you show at the site!!
