Bidding and Purchase Information Inspection: Bidders, including online participants, are encouraged to inspect items before bidding; all risks are assumed by attendees, with no liability on the auctioneer for property conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that you can legally possess any item you purchase in your state. Washington Residents: Can only purchase lever action, pump action, bolt action rifles, & any shotgun (no semi-auto rifles, or lower receivers). Other States: Must ask if there are any questions. Refunds: We will not issue refunds for purchases that cannot be legally owned in your jurisdiction. Firearm Transfer Process: After successfully winning a firearm, you must provide the FFL (Federal Firearms License) information to your local gun dealer to facilitate the firearm transfer. Processing Time: Online gun winners will take 2-3 weeks to process before being shipped out. Shipping Costs: Winner to pay actual shipping cost plus a $25.00 handling fee per firearm and 21+ adult signature fee of 8.40. Shipping Restrictions: No shipping of guns and ammunition to PO Boxes. Fees for Firearms: Any online bidder, including those with an FFL, must pay a $25 per gun fee.
