Internet-only (timed) auction by Workmans Auction. Sansom Liquidation Auction- Beebe.
The Sansom family is downsizing, and Workmans auction is helping to liquidate. We also have 2 other families who have contributed to this auction to include farm implements, antique and vintage furniture, cast iron, railroad cast iron markers, tools, chicken and rooster decor, depression glass and more. The first item will close at 6:00 pm on Tuesday August 4th. Pick up date will be: Wednesday August 5th from 9 am to 4:30 pm This is an auction only. We take a lot of pictures and add information pertaining to condition, flaws, issues etc. If you have any concerns, please ask prior to bidding. All information provided has been given the best as we know it, however you are buying AS-IS, WHERE- IS, you are responsible for asking questions, verifying years, makes, models etc. We offer the information that is given to us by the seller. Once you have placed a bid and successfully win an auction then you agree to these terms and conditions. Cash, good checks, credit and debit cards with a 4% fee, cash app, venmo, and wire transfers bank to bank with a 15.00 fee. All items sold as-is , where- is with no warranties expressed or implied. Failure to pick up and/or pay for an item(s) will result in negative feedback and bidding suspension. IMPORTANT: Chargebacks will not be tolerated and if you do, we will prosecute as the law allows. If we do not know you, and you are out of state, and your bill is over 500.00 you will need to pay with a cashier's check, or bank wire. Failure to pick up and/or pay for an item(s) will result In negative feedback and bidding suspension. We do all of our own shipping and do not send it to 3rd parties. It may take 3-5 days to get it shipped, but we do not price gouge. We ship flat rate when we can and use USPS mostly. If we cant ship flat rate and we have to make a box or use bubble wrap etc, there will be a 5.00-10.00 charge for supplies. This rate will depend on how much we have to move and handle items. Often times we have to load and carry items 1-2 hours back to our office for packing and shipping. We do reserve the right to not ship if you dont check with us in advance. This is your responsibility to verify if you plan on bidding on multiple or large bulky items. As a bidder you understand & agree neither Workmans Auction, Hibid, or the sellers will be responsible for take down, moving, loading, or unloading of any item(s). The winning bidder becomes the sole owner and accepts full responsibility. We do NOT pay hibid for your credit card information, so if you need your item shipped, we will be calling you to get that information. PLEASE make sure your phone number (cell if possible) is current on your hibid profile. We will send out texts as well as emails. If your # or email is not correct and we cannot get ahold of you, and we do not hear from you, you will be suspended from bidding. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure your information is correct. Check your spam and junk folder for invoices, we send invoices out immediately following the auction. If a bid is placed within the last minute of an item, that item will open up for another 90 seconds to allow someone else to bid. This will continue until no one bids again. Some people proxy bid, which means they know they will not be able to bid at the end of the auction and will put in a maximum bid amount. Example if theres something that someone is interested in and they place a maximum of $100 bid the current bid may show $20 but they have left a maximum bid up to 100. So if you come in and bid at 100 its going to show you outbid due to the fact they placed their bid prior to yours. I tell people this so they will place their bids knowing that someone may have bid prior to them if theres something theyre truly interested in. Your winning bid is a contract to pay, and any unpaid invoices will be subject to legal matters. If you cannot make the auction pick up time, please do not bid. If you fail to pay or pick up your items, we will report you, flag your profile, and ban you from future actions. If you have a negative feedback score, your registration will show pending. You need to reach out to me for a chance for you to explain why you have negative feedback and will make our judgments according to the information disclosed.
