PICKUP INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Pickup will be available for ONE DAY ONLY on Friday, November 28th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 702 Westwood Place, Clinton, Missouri. This is the ONLY opportunity for local pickup. Bidders unable to pickup during this timeframe should make shipping arrangements or contact our office to discuss alternative options. Please plan accordingly and bring appropriate help and equipment for loading your items. PREVIEW OPPORTUNITY: We invite all interested bidders to attend our open house preview on Monday evening, November 24th from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at 702 Westwood Place, Clinton, Missouri. This is your opportunity to personally inspect items, assess condition, and ask questions before placing your final bids. BIDDING CLOSES: Online bidding closes Tuesday evening, November 25th at 7:00 PM Central Time. Bidding will begin closing in timed intervals, so please monitor your items closely as the auction concludes. AUCTION TERMS: This is an ABSOLUTE auction with NO RESERVES. All items will sell to the highest bidder regardless of price. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied. We have made every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item to represent its true condition. Bidders are encouraged to attend the preview, ask questions, and bid accordingly. PAYMENT & REMOVAL: Payment is due in full at time of pickup. We accept cash, approved checks, and major credit cards.
