Open House for Viewing Friday November 2nd from 2pm until 7pm Auction Start Time 10:00am Sharp on Sat Nov 3rd Auction Location - Memphis American Legion Post #566 (34330 Bordman Road Memphis, MI 48041) This is a LIVE Auction. All bids must take place in person at auction location on Auction day. Please review all terms and conditions before you register and bid. This Auction will offer items that have been in storage (some for many years) and the owners have failed to pay storage fees. Due to the nature of this auction some items advertised may not be available due to storage fees being brought up to date before auction start time. At present we have over 13,000 pounds of merchandise to sell from 3 different lots. These items will be sold individually not in large lots like a storage unit auction. This auction is open to the general public. According to the inventory sheets there is furniture, household, electronics, bicycles, tools, Craftsman tool boxes, guitars, TVs, baby items & furniture and so much more. 100s of boxes that are not inventoried that we still have to sort through when they arrive. If you have been to an auction like this before you will know the possibilities of what we will find are endless. In the past we have found antiques, firearms, collecitbles, unique items and so much more. Dont miss this auction. They are always fun and exciting. We will make updates to the description within the days before the auction as we start sorting through the boxes and merchandise and provide as many pictures before hand as we can. Public open house to view items before you bid will be held Friday Nov 2nd from 2pm until 7pm and auction day from 9am until auction start time. Pick up and checkout will take place on auction day unless other arrangements are made before the auction with the auctioneer. Refreshments will be provided for sale by the members of American Legion Post #566. All proceeds froom the sale of refreshments will go to the post.
