This means that the auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM CST on Thursday, July 16th, 2026. If a bid is placed during the final 5 minutes of a lot's closing time, that lot's closing will automatically be extended by an additional 5 minutes. This process will continue until no further bids are received and the timer expires. BUYER'S PREMIUM & SALES TAX: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchases. Example: If your winning bid is $100.00, your total due will be $115.00 before any applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges. NO SALES TAX WILL BE CHARGED OR COLLECTED FOR THIS AUCTION. PICKUP / LOAD OUT: Within 24 hours after the entire auction has come to a close winning bidders will receive an email including the pick up location as well as a link to schedule a pickup time. If you are a winning bidder and do not receive an email from us within 24 hours please call us at 913-901-7361 Pickup for this auction is scheduled to take place on: SATURDAY (7/18/2026) 8:00AM - 6:00PM CST SUNDAY (7/19/2026) 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, so please book your appointment as soon as you receive the scheduling link to ensure you get the time that works best for you. Our scheduling software is designed to help our team prepare your order before you arrive, making your pickup experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Please book only one appointment time. Do not reserve multiple time slots, as your appointment is simply your arrival window. Once you arrive, you will have plenty of time to load your items. Parking for this pickup is limited, and there is very little space to safely turn around large trailers at the end of the driveway so if you are bringing a large trailer, please plan accordingly. To help us maintain the property, please do not drive or park on the grass. Thank you for your cooperationwe appreciate your help in making pickup day run smoothly for everyone. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made in advance. You can also text what time you would like to pickup @ 913-901-7361. Please include your first and last name of registered bidder in text. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle, disconnect, and load their own items. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials & moving equipment. If you bought something heavy, bring your own help! Items not picked up by 5:00PM CST SUNDAY (07/19/2026) will be deemed abandoned unless you have made appropriate arrangements with us beforehand. If you abandon your winning items, YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THEM. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! SHIPPING: Shipping is available at an additional cost to the buyer for SOME items. Beyond the cost of shipping there will also be a $10.00 per lot packing and handling fee charged. WE WILL NOT BE SHIPPING ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (PAINT, LIQUIDS, AEROSOL, ETC.) If you choose to have your items shipped please be patient with us. After the in person pickup has been completed we will then work on getting your items boxed up and invoices for shipping charges sent out. Because each shipment is packed and invoiced manually, shipping invoices may take several days to be sent. PAYMENT: After the conclusion of the entire auction, if your total balance was less than $500.00, you will receive an email from PayPal requesting payment. If you would prefer to pay cash please bring exact change to pickup as no change will be given. Any asset & total over $500.00 must be paid using cash (Credit Cards / PayPal are not an acceptable payment method for any item or total over $500.00). Payment must be made in full before items will be released to buyer. There will be a $5.00 minimum charge on all credit card / paypal transactions. We apologize but no checks will be accepted. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly.
