This auction includes tools, hardware, lawn & garden, furniture, household, Christmas decor & more. More items will be added! This auction has a 10% buyers premium. All online auctions are taxable. If a bidder is tax exempt, they must email their tax exemption form to mark@lakecountrysales.com before bidding. If you have any technical problems with your bidder account (registering, changing passwords, etc), please call technical support at 844-775-4774. Please read auction terms and conditions. All new bidders to Lake Country Sales auctions are put into pending. Lake Country Sales will call bidder to verify it is not a scam bidder & to go over terms. Once bidder has been approved, bidding rights will be activated. Lake Country Sales will not approve any new bidders to the platform during the auction closing process. All bidders are responsible for viewing and inspection of items prior to bidding. Once you bid on items, you enter a legal binding contract to purchase that item. Payment methods are CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY AT PICK UP. Credit cards will have an additional 4% fee added to invoice. Checks, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Paypal, Venmo, or Wire Transfers will NOT be accepted. Credit Cards will not be accepted for invoices totaling over $1000.00. Invoices totaling over $1000.00 will require payment by CASH ONLY. If winning bidder does not pay for items by the end of that particular auction pick up time, bidder will be banned from bidding on future Lake Country Sales auctions. Pickup time is absolute and rescheduling for later date & time will not be allowed. Once you bid, be prepared to pick up items if won during scheduled pickup time. Shipping is Not Available. Preview / Inspection time is on Monday, November 24, 2025 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm CST at 34773 221st Ave., Bagley, MN 56621 Bidding begins to end at 7:07 pm CST on Monday, November 24, 2025. Pick up is by appointment only. Pickup will be scheduled for 2 days only! Pick up by appointment only is the AFTERNOON - EARLY EVENING on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, & the MORNING on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 by appointment only. Please bring help for dismantling, moving, and loading items! There will be no help available by Lake Country Sales.
