This is the yearly surplus auction for the New Mexico Department of Public Safety (NM DPS) and others. This sale includes vehicles, pickups, trucks, vans, suvs, boats, trailers, heavy equipment, office equipment, office furniture, computers and electronics.Featuring: xxx Lots xxx Items xxx Images currently being cataloged...Auction Notes: This is a great one day surplus auction. There will be 950+ lots. Pursuant to NMSA 1978, section 66-3-6 (K) the Department of Public Safety is required to collect a $10 administrative fee. This fee must be collected at the time of the vehicle financial transaction, if the customer is utilizing the Temporary Registration Permit process.1. Bentley's will follow the Governor of New Mexico's latest executive orders. Bentley's will use the following site for reference. All activities conducted at the New Mexico Department of Public Safety facility will be in compliance with the current Public Health Order.https://www.governor.state.nm.us/about-the-governor/executive-orders/2. All personnel entering the NM DPS / LEA track will be required to wear a mask. Bentley's will provide masks for any one that enters the yard without a mask. 3. Hand sanitizer will be provided for all. 4. All personnel who enter the yard will be required to sign in. 5. All personnel entering the yard will be required to adhere to safety and compliance measures before and after the auction.a. Bentley's trailer will be located at the north entrance of the NM DPS track (Camino Entrada) facing north.b. All personnel will wait inside of their vehicles until Bentley's escorts / allows them into the yard.c. The east gate will be locked (Jaguar Dr) and no one will be allowed in this entrance.d. A mask / sanitization station will be setup at the west entrance.
