MULTIPLE ESTATE ANTIQUE AUCTION

This is a multiple estate auction and will have antiques and collectibles from various estates. All bids made are deemed binding. All purchases are to be picked up on the designated pickup and loadout times stated in auction terms and conditions. Any purchase not picked up on the specified pickup loadout date(s), buyer shall have their card charged on file and property will be disposed of. Due to lack of pays and declined cards on file, any person who has a declined card shall be banned from Hibid and notes shall be forwarded to all auction houses on Hibid.com of those persons who cannot comply with pickup/loadout times and fail to pay or otherwise defraud the auction. All items catalogued and sold herein through this auction are sold as is , where is with no guarantee expressed or implied as to working condition, authenticity, age, or any other charactoristic of the item being sold through auction. We try to identify items being catalogued as accurately as possible but it is up to the bidder to attend the designated preview and examine prior to bidding any item they are interested in bidding on.
