WHEN DOES IT END: The first lot will start CLOSING: Monday, April 15 at 4:00 PM CT. (Lots will close every 15 seconds. If a bid is placed during the last minute, that lot will be extended 1 minute.) WHERE & WHEN DO I PICK-UP MY ITEMS: Removal Day is Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 531 W Bedford Rd, Morris, IL 60450. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged to each item purchased by cash, check or wire transfer. A 13% Buyer's Premium will be charged on payments made by credit card. HOW DO I PAY: Invoices are emailed within an hour after the auction closes and you may PAY at pick-up by cash, check, or credit card. Check Junk Folder after auction if you did not receive invoice.
