Description
This is the Original Max a Mia Restaurant located 70 West Main St. Avon, CT that will become a Different Style Max Restaurant. All Booths and Granite counters must be sold, plus most equipment, ceiling fans, vanity sinks, outdoor and inside furniture. Other outdoor furniture from Max Group have been added including wood bar stools and patio partitions. Previews will be available. - all equipment was in use and operating before they closed, however the gas is off and there is limited power to test. Descriptions will be continually added if a specific item was tested or disconnected. Bidders must remove equipment fast.
