ANY CLAIM FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE, DEFECT, OR FAILURE OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PERSONAL PROPERTY IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. BY SIGNING THIS BILL OF SALE, THE TRANSFEREE ACCEPTS THE ABOVE PERSONAL PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING CONDITIONS. Transferee further, by acceptance of this transfer, agrees to remove all lettering, insignia or other indicia on the personal property being conveyed which refers in any manner to the County of Madison, Illinois or any of its departments, agencies, or elected offices. THE TRANSFEREE DOES FURTHER AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE TRANSFEROR FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OR CONDITION OF THE ABOVE PERSONAL PROPERTY FOLLOWING ITS TRANSFER TO TRANSFEREE, INCLUDING CLAIMS OF PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE TO THIRD PARTIES AND/OR EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, OR AGENTS OF THE TRANSFEREE
