The Physical Address will be sent to the Buyers at Check out with your Invoice however its just outside of Elkin NC 28621 Ms. Cabosky is selling due to Health reasons and everything will be offered to the highest bidder and there will likely be a minimum of two Auctions and possibly three! These Auctions will run every two weeks beginning on November 4th! Items you win in the first and second Auctions must be picked up on designated pick up dates due to limited space! Items not picked on the designated pickup dates will be forfeited. Shipping is limited to small items that will go in a 14 Cube box or Smaller! If you ask us to transport items to our Auction Facility we will do so for a fee of 5.00 per lot and excludes all furniture and large items!
