All bidding will take place and all bids must be placed online through our online bidding platform on our website. Please review all terms and conditions before you register and bid. This Auction is the assets from an estate in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI. We are pleased anf honored to have been chosen by the familiy to liquidate by public online auction all of the unwanted asstes from this estate. All of the items from this estate have been well cared for and maitained and of good quality. You will find high end furniture, Harley Davidson accessories, collectibles, clothing and more, Franklin Mint collectibles, art work and prints, vintage opthamologist medical tools, smoking & tobacco items, New Triumph & Victorinox watches, Lenox USA Ivory china sets & pieces, LLadro, living room & dining room furniture, marble pedestals, antiques & high end collectibles and so much more. Again this is all from a single estate and has been moved to our facility in Memphis for liquidation. It is recommended you attend the open house on Tuesday April 16th because the pictures and the descriptions in the catalog do not do this sale justice. Public open house to view items before you bid will be held Tuesday April 16th from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST and any time during available business hours before the end of the auction. Please call for appointment if needed. Pick up and checkout dates are Thursday April 18th from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST and Friday April 19th from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm EST. Please read Shipping/Pick up tabs for more detailed information. Note: We will be starting the set up and listing of the next auction immediately following the end of this one. Please adhere to the pick up schedule as the items in this auctions need to be removed to make room for the next. Special Note: Starting January 1st 2019 we will be strictly adhering to our non payment/pick up policy. Everything must be picked up and paid for within times and dates provided. Those who do not pay for their items by the final pick up time listed will have their credit card on file charged for the full amount plus fees. There will be a $5 per day storage fee until items are picked up. If not picked up within 7 days items will be considered abandoned and resold for storage. If the credit card on file is declined for any reason bidder will be blocked from bidding on future auction on our site until a $35 reinstatement fee is paid plus any outstanding balance due after items are resold. All of this can be avoided with a simple phone call before the final pick up time to make other arrangements if needed and available. We are usually easy to work with as long as people communicate with us. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
