Living Estate Auction Kinston, NC will begin closing Sunday 9/28/2025 at 7:30pm Name withheld Location: 2446 Pineridge Drive, Kinston, NC 28504 PICK UP INFORMATION: We run pick up by appointment only. You must make an appointment with Chris by texting 252-560-4059. If you need a specific time please text Chris prior to the end of the auction. Appointments fill up quickly. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ASK PRIOR TO BIDDING! Pick up Date: Tuesday September 30th, 2025 Pick up Time: 12-6pm You must be able to pick up during this time or request shipping. We do not ship furniture. It is very important you are able to come to the pickup during the specified times as we wont have access to the home after this window. Also, we cant hold any items following the sale and pick up window. No items will be held at the store for pick up. No exceptions. *** we are offering shipping on most lots if you have questions please reach out*** Pick up is every thirty mins by appointment only. Please make sure you schedule your appointment with Chris via text 252-560-4059, DO NOT EMAIL FOR AN APPOINTMENT. Estate auction being offered by C&L Auction Services. **Buyer may arrange for freight to pick up furniture pieces. Payment will need to be arranged with auction house** Nationwide shipping available for small items, $10 handling fee plus shipping charge. I try to place all items in Flat Rate Shipping boxes and envelopes. Flat Rate Env. $9.20 plus $10 handling Flat Rate Small box 9.20 plus $10 handling fee Flat Rate Medium box 16.25 plus $10 handling fee Flat Rate Large box $22.65 plus $10 handling fee If your item will not fit in a flat rate box I will send it via priority mail with tracking and bill you the cost of postage plus $10.00 handling fee. Postage adds up quickly so please be mindful when bidding. At this time we are unable to ship large items. Buyer may arrange freight at cost to them. All sales are FINAL no charge backs.
