LAND & EQUIPMENT AUCTION! Live on site and online webcast auction October 18th starting at 10:00 a.m. CST. 595 Herman Rd LIBERTY, TN. 77.26 Acres to be offered in 7 tracts. Tract sizes range from 1 acre to 33 acres with spacious shop. Utility district water and electric is available for all tracts and each tract has a septic soil area established. We will also be offering a Kubota M5030su 2wd tractor, Woods finish mower, 3 pt hitch bale mover, tiller, box blade, post hole digger & auger, metal dumpster, drill press, lawn sweeper, utility trailer and several tools and misc. items. Land will be offered starting at 10 a.m. followed by equipment. REAL ESTATE TERMS: $10,000 down payment each tract day of auction or within 3 calendar days if bidding online. Balance at closing on or before 30 days of auction date. Real estate taxes will be pro-rated. Possession with closing and payment of purchase price. Sale of property is not contingent on financing, appraisal or inspections. Property is sold as is, where is with no representations or warranties expressed or implied. Buyer will receive clear title free of any liens or encumbrances. Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or refuse any bid.
