About this auction- It is 100% the bidders responsibility to be familiar with the terms used and the value is subjective and 100% the bidders due diligence responsibility without fail. The auction LOT Title and image are the definitive measure of each item. The auction title is a broad description of the items up for sale, and not the totality of the sale being offered. We offer a reasonably fast shipping services and do NOT allow bidders to pick up items due to the nature of what we sell. You may still be outbid by other bidders. 1.) All items are sold as is , where is, with no refunds, discounts to bid, or refunds. 2.) Bidder agrees that any bid placed will be honored as a contract and the credit card that you registered with will be charged by Antique Finder Services at the end of the sale. If this is not available, we will send a invoice that must be completed within 24 hours of receipt. It is the responsibility of the bidder that the card registered be able to complete the sale, or call us with an alternate means of payment within 24 hours of end of sale. 3.) Bidder agrees to pay a Buyer's Premium of 20% via Credit Card - 18% Via Paper Check or Bank Wire or ACH. All invoices more than $5000 will be required to be paid by check, bank wire or ACH - 4.) If for any reason you do not pay within 48 hours of end of auction, we will resell the items and the collected monies will go towards paying your invoice. Any shortages, you will still be liable for. 5.) Shipping will take place within 15 to 30 business days ( dependant upon where the physical sale takes place - Since we have more than one location, multiple shipments may arrive for individual invoices) from cleared payment into our bank account. Tracking will be emailed to the bidders email. We are not liable for shipping delays due to weather or press of business for the USPS or pick up delays. Bidder agrees to a NON CHARGEBACK transaction. If for ANY reason a client charges back - the original invoice, plus 100% fee will be charged to the clients account. 6.) All items will be described in detail and have at least 1 high resolution image for you to base your valuation on. We do not control the price of the item, and cannot accept returns, unless not as described. Example... you purchased an item and the incorrect item was sent to you. Such as 14k gold ring is not 14k gold. 7.) Any and all legal recourse for either party will take place in Snohomish County Washington and we reserve the right to charge for the legal fees. Shipping delays are common in the metals industry and are NOT a reason for a chargeback. We guarantee full and complete invoice shipping. We cannot control shipping times on some bullion items, or out of country delays. AUCTION TERMINOLOGY: BU = Brilliant uncirculated ASE = American silver eagle NON BULLION = Means nothing further can be rendered from this product Gold Leaf = A composite of metals with very little gold content, hammered flat to a milimeter thickness to be used for gold leafing of articles - These Gold Leaf Flakes are made from a Composition of scrap metal flakes from A Gold leafing manufacturer. There is no melt value to these flakes and they are Not for precious metal investment. These Gold Flakes are NOT edible gold leaf. Gold Leaf Scrap = Gold leaf cuttings from the above mentioned product Alluvial Gold= Gold from natural earth mining via streams or rocks Natural = From the earth with accepted treatments to bring out value and vibrance Electronically Tested = Means that the item will need to be further evaluated to confirm whether it is natural or man made.
