About this auction- It is 100% the bidders responsibility to be familiar with the terms used and the value is subjective and 100% the bidders due diligence responsibility without fail. We offer a reasonably fast shipping services and do NOT allow bidders to pick up items due to the nature of what we sell. Bidder agrees to pay a Buyer's Premium of 20% via Credit Card - 18% Via Paper Check or Bank Wire or ACH. All invoices more than $5000 will be required to be paid by check, bank wire or ACH - 4.) If for any reason you do not pay within 48 hours of end of auction, we will resell the items and the collected monies will go towards paying your invoice. Shipping will take place within 15 to 30 business days ( dependant upon where the physical sale takes place - Since we have more than one location, multiple shipments may arrive for individual invoices) from cleared payment into our bank account. If for ANY reason a client charges back - the original invoice, plus 100% fee will be charged to the clients account. 6.)
