1.) All items are sold as is , where is. It is 100% the bidders responsibility to be familiar with the terms used and the value is subjective and 100% the bidders due diligence responsibility without fail. The auction LOT Title and image are the definitive measure of each item. The auction title is a broad description of the items up for sale, and not the totality of the sale being offered. We offer a reasonably fast shipping services and do NOT allow bidders to pick up items due to the nature of what we sell. If this is not available, we will send a invoice that must be completed within 24 hours of receipt. Bidder agrees to pay a Buyer's Premium of 20% via Credit Card - 18% Via Paper Check or Bank Wire or ACH. All invoices more than $5000 will be required to be paid by check, bank wire or ACH -4.) If for any reason you do not pay within 48 hours of end of auction, we will resell the items and the collected monies will go towards paying your invoice.
