**Payment & Pickup Policy Payment is due immediately after the auction ends. Beginning June 14, 2026, all bidders will be required to have a valid credit or debit card on file. Card information is stored securely within our auction software and is not accessible to the public. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash. A 25% buyer's premium applies to all credit and debit card payments. A 22% buyer's premium applies to all cash payments. A $1 lot fee will be added to each lot won. If you wish to pay with cash, you must indicate "Cash Payment" in the Auctioneer's Notes when registering or email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) before the auction closes. If no cash payment request is made prior to auction closing, the card on file will be automatically charged for the invoice balance after 3:00 PM on the final scheduled pickup day. Bidders requesting cash payment will receive the 3% buyer's premium discount at the time payment is collected. ### Pickup Deadline All items must be picked up by Sunday at 3:00 PM following the auction. A $50 late fee will be added to invoices that remain unpaid or unclaimed after Sunday at 3:00 PM. A $25 weekly storage fee begins after Friday of the auction week. Items left beyond one week may be disposed of or resold at the auction house's discretion; however, the original bidder remains responsible for the full invoice amount. Unpaid invoices after 30 days will be sent to collections.
