If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 3pm day after auction, Cash / Wire / CC. (See our Storage Fees) * Most firearms and ammo in this auction have reserves * Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 5% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. * Declined Cards: There is a $65 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Large Invoices: Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500. Also any Gold Silver or Bullion or Jewelry invoices will also be Wire Only. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. * Buyer's Premium: 18% with a 5% Discount for cash if picked up on pickup day * Reserve: Many items do have a reserve in this auction. (30% Restocking fee - No Exceptions) * Shipping: (IWhen Available) Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped, Pack & Mail will pick your items up at our facility within 48 hours and they will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling. Note: Items not picked up or authorized by you for shipping within 48 hours of auction close will be donated to the Children's Foundation. ($20 minimum invoice for shipping) * We do not ship firearms or Ammo: Buyers will be subject to a mandatory background check for each auction at a cost of $10, though multiple firearms bought at the same time will require only one such check. The buyer will pay the cost of the background check as required at the time of pickup. Valid identification will be required. Purchases must be paid in full prior to a background check being conducted. If a buyer fails a background check, or fails to complete the transaction for any reason, the Auctioneer shall retain the firearms less a thirty-percent (30%) re-stocking fee. Unclaimed firearms will be assessed a 30% restocking fee charged to your card on file. ***Note: Some Framed Images are wonderful laser prints. Certificates of Authenticity from CSC Collectibles of Roswell Georgia and others as registered by them. This includes many of the cards and other autographed items. We also have some Certificates of Authenticity from Platinum Collectibles, Mounted Memories, and All American Sports, as well as others. Each have their own opinion. Many agencies and buyers do not recognize any of as a valid source of grading.
