The estate of Walter & Patsy Perkins (deceased) GREENVILLE NC will begin closing 07/23/26 at 7:00pm. We are pleased to offer items from the estate of one of Greenville's business community's greatest entrepreneurs. This eclectic estate includes beautiful antique furniture, Michael Jordan signed basketball, fine art, primitives, crystal, china, brass, pewter, local collectibles, power tools, and so much more. Location: 300 Granville Dr, Greenville, NC 27858 PICK UP INFORMATION: We run pick up by appointment only. You must make an appointment with David by texting 252-916-4697. If you need a specific time please text David prior to the end of the auction. Appointments are on the hour and half hour and fill up quickly. Bring help if you purchase furniture. We cannot assist you. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS. Pick up Dates: SATURDAY, JULY 25, 2026 and SUNDAY, JULY 26, 2026 Pick up Time: 11:00am- 7:00pm both days. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, ASK PRIOR TO BIDDING! You must be able to pick up during this time or request shipping. We do not ship furniture. It is very important you are able to come to the pickup during the specified times as we wont have access to the home after this window. Also, we cant hold any items following the sale and pick up window. No items will be held at the store for pick up. No exceptions. Pick up is every thirty mins by appointment only.
