Furniture Warehouse Auction of Morristown, TN

Here is another great auction being brought to you by Charles and Jon for JD's Realty and Auction. This auction is at a furniture warehouse in Morristown, TN. We have entertainment centers with tv lifts built in, buffets, china cabinets, and small display cabinets. We also will have all kinds of tables including dining, coffee, end, and cocktail. We will have pallets of chairs, stools, and quilt racks. All items are new, but some still do have some damage or missing parts. All items are being sold as-is, where-is. We have tried to describe all found damage in the description of each lot, however it is possible we have missed some damage. We encourage everyone who can to attend our preview on Monday May 8, 2023 from 2pm-5pm EST. We will have at least 2 docks for loading and will attempt to get your items as close to those docks as possible for pickup. We, however, WILL NOT load any items into your vehicle. This is mostly due to insurance and liability issues. We only have 1 forklift, so if it is necessary for us to use it to move your items, you may have to wait. We encourage you to bring your own equipment that you may find necessary. Our forklift will not be leaving the building.MORE ITEMS TO COME, KEEP CHECKING BACK!! All items not picked up during our designated pickup times at this auction will be forfeited. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid.
