To be Sold in Auction Lots to the Highest Bidders with No Minimums, No Reserves & 10% Buyer's Premium. We have done our best to describe, identify quantities, specifications, sizes, components, condition, damage and other helpful information as provided where possible, HOWEVER; we make no warranties as to the accuracy of descriptions and disclaim all liability for any errors. The Seller has also provided additional notes and information in many extended descriptions that we suggest may be helpful but have not been fully verified by Statewide. This is a "Soft Close" Auction with bidding for Lot #1 ending first, then each subsequent lot ending approxiametly one minute thereafter (see countdown timer for each lot). *INVOICES ARE TO BE PAID BY THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15TH** **ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT STARTING ON THURSDAY 10/16 AND FRIDAY 10/17. Arrangements for removing vehicles and other large purchases beyond these dates will require approval by Statewide and Seller.* **Heavy equipment may be available for some moving/lifting assistance but may not be suitable for all items (Shipping Containers, Large Equipment, Etc.) Buyer is responsible for acquiring appropriate machinery for loading items of excessive weight and size** WE DO NOT SHIP - BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN DISMANTLING, PICK-UP, RIGGING, PACKING, TOWING, SHIPPING OR FREIGHT.
