We are unable to hold items. Any items left at our office after 15 days will be re-sold or donated without issuing a refund. Payment: Your card on file will be charged after the close of the auction. We accept cash payments. If you wish to pay cash, notify us prior to the close of the auction. If you are tax exempt, please add a note in the "note to auctioneer" box when registering. We must have an exemption form on file for you. Preview dates: Contact to schedule. Once you register, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. All bidders must be at least 18 years old and provide valid proof of ID at the time of pick up. All items are subject to local sales tax. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each item purchased. PAYMENT: Your card will automatically be charged after the close of the auction. Cash payments are also accepted. If you intend to pay cash, please add a note to auctioneer when registering. AUCTION PICK UP: All items are to be picked up at 13003 Murphy Rd Suite D-2, Stafford, TX 77477 (832-350-2435). We are unable to hold items. Any items left at our office after 15 days will be re-sold or donated without issuing a refund. We will have at least one employee available to help load up items. If you have a large item, please bring additional help. Make sure you come prepared with the proper vehicle, straps, moving blankets, etc. to properly transport items. If you are unsure what is needed to pick up your items, please contact us and we will be more than happy to advise you of what is needed. Bullseye Bids is not liable for any damage to items while or after loading. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WRAPPING, BOXES, STRAPS, ETC. Shipping: We are willing to ship small items if you are not local. WE CANNOT SHIP LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS. Please contact us if you are unsure if an item is eligible for shipping. You will receive a shipping authorization form through email for you to fill out and email it back. Your items will not be shipped until we receive the form. If you do not have the capability to print the form and email it back please do not bid. If we do not receive the form back within 15 days your items will be considered abandoned and you will not receive a refund. Your card on file will automatically be charged for shipping costs. A $5 handling fee will be added to EACH package. WARRANTIES: All items are sold "As Is", "Where Is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Bullseye Bids strongly recommends that bidders inspect all items by scheduling a preview. We do our best to picture items as they are and capture any flaws. However, at times items do look different in size, color or condition in person. For this reason, we urge bidders to preview items prior to bidding. CONDITION OF ITEMS: Bullseye Bids will give a detailed description of all items to the best of our ability. If an item is listed as "working", this means that the item at minimum powered on. Bullseye Bids will not be held responsible for an item not working once it has left our premises. If an item is tested and it does not work, we will list it as not working or not list it at all. At times, we do not have the ability to test an item. In this case, we will not list the item as working or not working. SOFT CLOSE/BID EXTENSION: Our auction lots close by a soft close. The closing time of a lot is extended by 2 minutes when a bid is received on that lot in the last 2 minutes. This is to allow other bidders a chance to bid higher if they choose, much like a live auction. It also eliminates sniper bidding, where a bidder places a bid in the very last seconds of an auction to prevent others the opportunity to respond to the bid. STAGGER: There is a 20 second stagger between each lot. The first lot will begin ending at the designated time, the second lot 30 seconds later, and so on.
