Exceptional Estate items for your bidding pleasure. Many of the items are still located in the estate home at the Pine Terrace community in Colorado Springs, CO. Unless noted, pick up for the auction will be ONE DAY ONLY, Saturday - April 14th from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. The community is gated, and escort will be required by auction staff from entry gate to home. Please plan accordingly, no exceptions can be made for late pick up. Shipping notes: While we offer in-house shipping on most items, pick up requirements of this estate will dictate all shipped items will be delivered to the UPS Store, Cheyenne Shopping Center for packaging and delivery.
