Pickup from the home will be on Tuesday, December 7 from 1pm - 5pm EST.Lot numbers 1000 - 1236 are located at (and will be previewed and picked up from) Powell Auction, 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921. Preview/Inspection at Powell Auction will be Friday, December 3 from 10am - 12pm noon. Pickup from Powell Auction will be on Monday, December 6 from 8:30am - 5pm EST.15% Buers Premium for cash or approved check payment, if paid in person at Powell Auction on Monday, December 6 from 8:30am - 12pm noon. 18% Buyers Premium for Credit Card Payments. There will no Sales Tax on this Auction with the exception of the Lexus SUV. The state does require us to collect the sales tax on vehicles, so that will be added to your invoice on the car. Any items needing to be shipped, will be handled by 3rd party shipper. We use UPS Store on Kingston Pike in Knoxville. If you have someone else you would prefer to use, please make your arrangements with them and let us know you have done so.
