5 - Manufactured Homes are being represented and sold AS-IS. Final sale is contingent upon the buyer qualifying for and agreeing to sign a ground rent agreement with the current mobile home community and to following all community rules and regulations as set forth in the lease agreement. Monthly lot rent is $518.81. Buyer will be granted 2 MONTHS of FREE lot rental. Buyer agrees to pay all rent, utilities, and/or other fees as applicable once any promotional concession ends. Buyer agrees to NOT remove the home from the mobile home community for a minimum of 2-years. If the buyer sells the home at any time, the new buyer must qualify for a new lease at the current rental rate.
