Please be patient and drive carefully when approaching or leaving the property. There is limited parking at the estate. Trailer are not recommended. Because of the road, there is no on street parking. Items in the basement can go out level doors but those doors are on the backside of the house. Be sure to bring what items are necessary to get items around to front of the house. For questions concerning items in the auction please text Charles at 865-851-4774 or send us an email. We do recommend coming to preview as to better judge items for yourself, especially if you have multiple questions. We are no longer taking items back to our office for pickup. You MUST pickup your items at the estate or have them shipped to you. Shipping MUST be indicated through Shipping Saint. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. You must bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up. Thank you for your cooperation and good luck bidding. Any questions about shipping should be directed to our third party shipper, at one of the numbers below, or to our office. Items for shipping will not be taken to shipper until after pickup is over.
