Preview and registration time is 8am Sat Oct 18th. Auction begins at 9am. You must Registered and receive a Bidder number in order to bid. Terms All items sell "as is", with no warranties and no refunds. No Buyer Premium will be added. All items must be paid for and removed from auction site day of sale. Payment: Cash, (Check may be accepted IF pre approved by DTF Administrator at registration ) No credit cards Gun buyers will be subject to background check, required to fill out ATF paperwork and pick up guns at their chosen FFL location. Must be 18 to buy long guns & 21 to buy hand guns. Bidding and payment will take place at the auction site. After the auction concludes, the FFL representatives will take the guns to their license premises where the gun buyers will fill out the proper paperwork and background checks. Yes, Non Arkansas residents may buy guns, but shipping to an FFL in your state is required. ***Please be aware that The Drug Task Force or Orrell Auctions do not ship. If you require shipping, of guns you are responsible for making shipping arrangements with the FFL where you will be filling out paperwork. Process for receiving title to vehichles: Buyers of vehicles must pay on the day of the auction. You will receive a "paid" receipt from the cashier. You will give the cashier your contact information. In approximately 30 days you will be contacted by the Prosecuting Atty Office informing you that a Bill of Sale is ready for you at the Prosecuting Atty Office. Pick up the Bill of Sale and take it to the Revenue Office and get your title. They can tell you at the Revenue Office how long to receive title in the mail. Parking will be along the side of the highway only. Get well off the highway and use caution entering and exiting traffic and crossing the highway.
