Cummins Estate Auction of Oak Ridge, TN

Hello, thank you for your interest in our auction! This is estate located in a beautiful neighborhood just about a mile from the Melton Hill Lake in Oak Ridge! This estate will be a little different as far as navigating pick up, as there are a lot of stairs both inside and outside the home. The driveway will not allow as many spots per hour, if you could please be sure to schedule a spot-on sign-up genius for pickup. The Work Out equipment will require an additional day for pick up being on Wednesday March, 9th as it is down stairs & will have to be taken apart to be picked up. The preview for this Auction will be Saturday March, 5th from 10am-12pm with the auction closing to follow at 2pm. We will have pick up for all items besides the work out equipment on Monday (3/7) & Tuesday (3/8) from 12 Pm until 6pm. We will get with the shippers & get all shipping to them by Thursday afternoon. To ensure a safe & smooth pick up please many sure to have appropriate help for loading all large & heavy Items! Thank you again, Hope to see you at pick up!
