We have mowers, records, truck load bars, outdoor and indoor furniture, vintage cast iron, and more. We have some really great records from the 60's, 70's, and 80's. Several mowers available, please read description for condition on each one. Yard tools and large lots are also avaiable. Good luck and happy bidding.Please be aware that these items are located in a barn and there is not a paved driveway to the pickup location. In case of inclement weather we may have to stop access back to the barn from the driveway so that no one gets stuck. please plan accordingly with this in mind. DO NOT go to the house or knock on the door.**This auction will have tax included with your purchase. If you have a tax ID that is not registered with our company and wish to use it, please contact the office.**URGENT NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper in Maryville, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person's gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. NOTICE: We are no longer taking items back to our office for pickup. All items not picked up or designated as shipping and not picked up during our designated pickup times will be forfeited. Those who require shipping, your items will be dropped at our third-party shipper on Friday morning. The only exception to this will be items such as jewelry or coins, which will be shipped from our office. All questions concerning shipping or our new policies should be directed to our office or the shipping company.Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up.
