Christmas Decor On-Line Auction scheduled to end with a soft close Friday November 19th 2021 with staggered close times begining with Lot #1 @ 7:00p.m. Eastern Time. Items are being sold online only with local pick-up and available shipping. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium applied with a 5% discount if paying by cash or check. Sales tax will be collected. If you are tax exempt, please email your ST-108 form(make note when registering). Sales tax will apply if form is not recieved. You can print one from our website. Pick up will be by appointment ONLY on Saturday November 20th from Noon- to 5PM. Sunday November 21st from 10AM-2PM (Winning bidders will receive an email after the auction with unpaid invoice & address of pick up location. New bidders may want to check spam folders for email.) Items not picked up will be paid and shipped at bidders expense. Shipping will be done by the Auction Company through USPS on the following Monday November 22nd. Credit Cards will be processed in full at the time of shipping and a paid invoice with tracking information will be emailed to email on file. All packing and shipping of merchandise will be done by the auction company at the risk and expense of the buyer.
