This auction, located in East Knoxville, has plenty for everyone. This little house is packed full. The house has been sitting vacant for about a decade and did at one point have a moisture problem. There are many large lots perfect for resellers. There is vintage furniture and appliances. Some new items both in and out of their boxes. Please be sure if you get one of our large lots or large items, you bring help to load and a vehicle that will hold it all. Please be patient during pickup because we may have to dig for your items just because of the sheer volume of items in this house.
