This auction is a bit out of our normal territory, but do not let that be the reason to miss out on the great items we have to offer you up here in Tazewell. Some beautiful furniture, rugs, art, and more are just a few of the great items at this estate. Some very nice outdoor furniture and a couple fountains for all your outdoor entertaining. For all of you that like large lots of stuff, we got you covered as well. The items in this house have been very well maintained and are, for the most part, high end. This is definitely one you don't want to miss!URGENT NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper in Maryville, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person's gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. NOTICE: We are no longer taking items back to our office for pickup. All items not picked up or designated as shipping and not picked up during our designated pickup times will be forfeited. Those who require shipping, your items will be dropped at our third-party shipper on Friday morning. The only exception to this will be items such as jewelry or coins, which will be shipped from our office. All questions concerning shipping or our new policies should be directed to our office or the shipping company.Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up.
