PICKUP DATE: The successful bidder(s) has must work ASAP to remove items from the units, with a deadline of Friday, September 26th, 2025 at 4PM. Buyer must coordinate around the Storage owner's hours. Please read the auction details carefully. REMOVAL ADDRESS: 12520 Olean Rd, Chaffee, NY 14030 OUR POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND ADDITIONAL FEES differ from those of other auction companies. Make it a priority to read our instructions starting with lot 1a, 1b, etc., so there are no surprises. SHIPPING is not available. PAYMENT: At the close of the auction all payments will automatically be charged to the buyer's credit/debit card used at registration. We do not accept payment at the pick-up site.
