This Cafeteria was built in 2011 and closed March 2020. It operated Weekdays 7-4. The Equipment and Furnishings had low use and all equipment is clean and well maintained. You will be provided all necessary information: Model & Serial Numbers, Specs and or Measurements. Restaurant Equipment Paradise has inspected the Cafeteria and Dining Areas plus Dishwash Area as well as Storage Areas. We believe all equipment to be operational. However, we will not guarantee any equipment nor furniture. We will answer questions, send extra pictures or schedule a Private Facetime Inspection, but we will not be testing and using the equipment. All Shelving units are high gauge materials. Many shelving units are Metro Max, which is top in the Industry-read descriptions and ask questions. All Stainless is very heavy gauge. All Dining Tables, Chairs, and Bar Stools are in good condition. If there is a defect in a few pieces, we will note in description. The Walkin Will Not Be Disassembled -- You wil need a Contractor - we have drawings to send you via pdf. The Hoods will be taken off the Roofs and Proper Descriptions will be Outlined whereas you will pick up. Please bid only if you are willing to pick up during your preferred Scheduled Timeframe 10/13 and 10/14 which is a Thursday and Friday. We can give a Window of Time.
