Welcome to our Bling Back Time Vintage Estate and more Jewelry Auction! We're so glad you've joined us. This auction will consist of quality vintage items from a variety of estates. We have Pokemon, soccer and hockey cards, toys, vintage home decor, vintage jewelry and vintage Christmas and much more!!! More jewelry listed Up Until Auction START Due to current US tariff restrictions, we accept Canadian bidders only at this time. THERE IS NO TAX ON THIS AUCTION. We accept Visa/MC and E-transfer. We DO NOT use the HiBid Credit Card processing system so if you are paying by Credit Card, you will be required to supply your credit card number over the phone. f you would like us to retain your credit card for further auctions, please let us know, otherwise you must supply it each time you win in our auctions. CONDITION: All items are sold as is where is. No guarantee on goods so be sure when you are bidding on something that you are good with the photos. If you want more pictures, email us and we will get those to you. Although we try to point out the flaws, we do sell vintage, so expect wear. If you are particular about minor flaws, ASK for more photos. There are no returns and no guarantees on any items. PAYMENT OPTIONS: We do not use the highbid automatic payment option. Call to pay via credit card. 705-535-2411 PICK UP OPTIONS: We are located just 15 minutes south of North Bay, off Hwy 11. We do scheduled pick ups. We now only ship jewelry only. Pick ups are on Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Sundays from 12 p.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday from 2 p.m -5 p.m. and Fridays from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. . Please call or text us at 705.535.2411 to notify us of your desired pick up date and time. Everyone must have a pick-up -time and date You will NOT be able to pick up items without a prearranged pick up time. Please let us know if you require a contactless pick up. You must supply your own packing materials. We do not have any extra packing materials. All boxes and flats we use to hold your items are the property of Northern Lights Auction Co. You must pick up your items within 14 days of the auction's end. Any items left past 14 days of the auctions end can and will be forfeited by you with no refunds. Emergencies and extraordinary circumstances must be communicated to us prior to the 14 day period and as soon as possible. SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE on some SMALL ITEMS ONLY. Large items, including art, furniture, large household pieces or heavy items over 2 pounds must be picked up. Please be mindful of the lots as you bid. We reserve the right to cancel any bids. We ship within Canada only at this time. All shipping inquiries must be sent to northernlightsauctionco@gmail.com or you can call 705.535.2411 in advance of auction end. Shipping may be done by either Canada Post or another provider of our choice plus a handling & packaging fee for your entire purchase, not per lot. If your total purchase is less than $100, the handling fee is $10. If your purchase is over $100 but under $200 the handling fee will be $15, anything over $200, the handling fee will be $20 . Canada Post, Purolator or another provider of our choice, as well as Northern Lights Auction Co. will not guarantee the safe delivery of fragile items. We will not reimburse for items that have been damaged en route by the shipping company. Shipping is done at your own risk although we do strive to ship with care and safe packaging. Anything we ship will have a tracking number. We ship to the address on your Hibid registration. Please be sure this is a valid address or a $20 fee will be charged for items returned from Canada Post or another shipper for incorrect address. Our handling fee covers the cost of the following: -Transport of Auction Items from Auction Location (when applicable) -Packaging Materials -Labour packaging fees -Transport to Shipping Company (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc). We reserve the right to decide what can be shipped due to size and weight restrictions, fragility and value, etc. We will not ship any items containing liquids. We do not ship or deliver furniture. We will not ship items weighing over 2 lbs. We are an auction company first and offer shipping as a value-added service.
